Meet Dr. Thomas Kimberly, DDS, D.ABDSM

Dr. Kimberly was born and raised in Akron and graduated from Revere High School in 2009. He went on to complete his undergraduate studies at the University of Dayton, graduating in 2013. He continued his education at Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska. During his time in Omaha, he was a class leader serving as Treasurer of his dental school class. He graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry as a member of the Dean’s List and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2017.

Dr. Kimberly comes from a long lineage of dentists. His grandfather, two great uncles, father, uncle, sister, and brother-in-law are all dentists. From age six, it was his dream to join the profession of dentistry, and these family relationships are the foundation of this passion.

Dr. Kimberly believes in personalized treatment plans and treating patients as though they are family. He enjoys providing comprehensive care including restorative care, root canals, cosmetic dentistry, clear braces, crowns and bridges, implant crowns, and extractions. He also has a passion in helping those with snoring and obstructive sleep apnea, especially those who cannot tolerate a CPAP.

Dr. Kimberly is a Diplomate with the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM). Diplomates of the ABDSM have received the highest credential a dentist can earn in dental sleep medicine. If you have obstructive sleep apnea or snore and cannot tolerate your CPAP, Dr. Kimberly may be able to help.

When Dr. Kimberly is not at the office making patients smile he enjoys spending time with his wife Kimberly (not a typo), friends and family. Dr. Kimberly is an avid golfer, snowboarder and considers himself a die-hard Cleveland sports fan and foodie.
